Shipping and Delivery Policy:
Tomoto Industries Inc. processes orders Monday through Friday. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO address. Be sure to provide exact and proper shipping address to avoid complications or delays for your order. You will be notified via phone or e-mail of any complications or delays occurs.
Tomoto Industries Inc. ships to credit card billing addresses only. All orders which does not match the billing addresses will be cancelled immediately. You will be notified via phone or e-mail if your order has been cancelled.
If for any reason, the customer wishes not to have the order shipped to a billing address, the following options are available:
1. We will send the customer a reference number to track the order with the shipping company. Once the shipment is in their city the customer can call the shipping company and inform them that they will pick it up. The shipping company will request a photo ID when picking up shipments.
2. Different payment options are available to send to non-billing addresses.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellation of orders can be made anytime during the shopping process. If you need to make any changes after submission, you must contact our customer service department immediately to receive a confirmation of change. Failure to do so will result in the original order to be processed.
