Return Policy:
We do not accept any returns. All customers who purchase scooters from a dealer must take the scooters back to the dealer for returns.
If an item is defective upon arrival the customer has 3 days to notify customer service. We will send replacement parts as soon as possible at our cost. If entire unit is damaged, customer must call within the 3 days to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number is only valid for 10 days after being issued.
For better service, please have the following information on hand when you call our service department: invoice number, model number, phone number, and reason for return. Any return without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred by the exchange. For customer protection, it is recommended to insure the shipment, in case it is lost or damaged during shipping. It is also recommended to use a shipping company that can provide a proof of delivery of some form.
If product arrives damaged, save the product in the original packaging and notify us. We will in turn arrange a carrier inspection with the shipping company.
